MY STORY

About Me - And Why I Do This

I grew up on a ranch, wrestling for six years, waking up early, working hard, and learning discipline long before I ever stepped into sales.

I was ambitious but not set on a life path yet.

So I did what everyone tells you to do:

I went to college, graduated in mechanical engineering, earned a 3.75 GPA at the University of Idaho, and prepared for the "safe" career path.

But deep down, something felt off.

I didn't want to spend 10–15 years climbing a ladder just to maybe hit the income I wanted — and only if nothing went wrong.

That's when I found door-to-door sales.

I Wasn't a Natural Salesperson - But I Was Coachable

I wasn't a natural, I was slightly below average my first year.

Despite this through the years I sold:

100k → 150k → 160k → 210k → 270k

And my team went from 300k → 2.2m in 4 years of managing

Most importantly, I developed:

a skillset, a mindset, and a level of confidence that changed how I see myself and what I'm capable of.

Pay is distributed in 16 two-week installments after the summer is completed.

The more you sell, the higher commission you get.

Step 1 - Information Call

Purpose: Give clarity on all logistical information (pay, housing, transportation, training, culture, work schedule)

Non committal informal meeting over zoom

Step 2 - Call with branch owner

Purpose: Vet guys and sift through undesirable candidates
